Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) and Hong Kong MedTech Association (HKMTA) are co-organizing an international trade fair, "Hong Kong International Medical and Healthcare Fair 2026" on 11-13 May 2026, concurrent with the Asia Summit on Global Health (ASGH).

With 4 key components of the “Exhibition+” includes:

This hybrid “Exhibition+” package is priced at physical booth fee plus an obligatory participation fee of HK$ 3,000 for #2, #3 & #4 services as aforementioned.
Early Bird Discount and Booth Allocation Policy
Early bird discount of 10% off for new exhibitors and past Hong Kong International Medical and Healthcare Fair exhibitors of 2025, will be offered to all exhibitors who submit the application on or before 14 November 2025.
Exhibitors who complete their booth registration and payment by the early bird deadline of 14 November 2025, will receive priority in booth selection (applied after considerations for booth size and type). Details on the booth allocation policy can be found here.

Enhanced Funding Schemes - Export Marketing Fund (EMF)
The SME Export Marketing Fund, run by the Trade and Industry Department (TID) of the Hong Kong SAR Government, provides funding support to SMEs participating in promotion activities. Hong Kong enterprises seeking information about eligibility and the scope of funding can visit the TID website (www.smefund.tid.gov.hk). The funding application and approval process is handled by TID. If you are interested in applying, please check the latest updates announced by the Department.
